Ralph joined Quentin Ayers in 1999. Ralph has been active in investment research, due diligence and deal execution. He has also conducted investment and portfolio analysis suitable for input to future investment decision-making and strategic investment focus. Ralph has applied his broad commercial experience in management, operations, strategic analysis, risk management and performance measurement. Ralph is a Director and Senior Adviser.
Prior to joining Quentin Ayers, Ralph’s professional career included a wide range of technical and management positions in industries as diverse as insurance, computer equipment sales, recorded music distribution, motor vehicle importing and management consulting. He has established, operated and sold businesses.
Ralph holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of New South Wales and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
